for mindful career development

with Jeena Cho and Jessica Natkin

Have you been considering a career transition, but aren’t sure where to start?  Feeling discontent in your current role? Are you thinking about leaving the law or changing jobs?  Start 2019 by intentionally carving out time and space to focus on your career!

Finding a career filled with meaning and purpose doesn’t just happen.

Take charge and design the career you love with this 3-day intensive retreat.

During this retreat, we’ll help you reset and mindfully explore how to make a career transition.   We’ll use assessment tools and design thinking to help you fully understand your strengths, skills, values, and interests to guide you on your path -- whether it leads you to stay in the law or explore career options out of or around the law.

You’ll also gain tools to help you work through the stress and uncertainty of a career transition and find a mindset that works for you through mindfulness and meditation.   With the career development and mindfulness tools, you’ll be able to find calm and clarity in your transition, leaving the retreat with a plan to move your career forward with confidence.

In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with other like minded lawyers, swim, soak in the hot tub, enjoy nature, go for walks, read, journal and sit by the fire in the evenings.

Together, Jeena and Jessica bring the experience of working with hundreds of lawyers in transition.   We are dedicated to helping lawyers have satisfaction and enjoyment in their day-to-day lives.
